Kundapur, Jun 29: Minister of State for Hindu religious organisations, endowments and backward class welfare and district in-charge Kota Srinivas Poojary informed that since the temples have remained shut due to the pandemic, it is likely that everything will be resolved after July 5.

He was speaking to media persons after holding a special meeting with officials in Kodi Kanyana here on Tuesday, June 29.

It is being discussed on how the devotees can be allowed into the temples, how rituals and other programmes should be organised, Kota said.

The people who are involved in 'Daivaradhane' have been included in the lists of artistes. But, the Yakshagana artistes have not been included in any of the lists. After holding a meeting, a proper decision will be taken.

In Karnataka, there are as many as 2,400 hostels for backward classes, which house 1,92,000 students. We have also discussed how many people can be accommodated in these hostels including taluk level officials, hostel supervisors and cooks. In some places, cooks in the hostel are working on a contract basis. When the number of supervisors is few, the charge of two hostels will be given to a single supervisor, he informed.

The cooks hired on a contract basis have not been paid during the pandemic. This issue will be resolved after discussing it with the finance department, the minister said.

Charles, No God needed ? These godless western globalist elites and their communist chinese virus and their vaccines are not the solution, but the beginning of the holocaust... and also ...little children, return to God with all your heart, because only in Him will you find peace, security, trust and a solution to all your problems; only God can destroy both traps and deceptions that the emissaries of evil will tend to you! The pretext of the pandemic will be used to subdue and to enslave humanity; the confinements will become more severe, because what they seek is to keep humanity subdued in fear and in panic, so that he cannot protest... Says following attached Divine message to Enoch, dated January 11, 2021 Ref: http://www.jesusmariasite.org/5094-from-this-year-on-the-pains-for-humanity-will-begin/

You are rambling on, John. God is everywhere. If we fail to see God in everything, we have failed as devotees. Temples, Churches, Mosques and other holy places are there for us to conduct our holy rituals. But our God will understand that we need to safeguard ourselves so that we can be productive. Afterall, ‘God helps those who help themselves’…..

Religious worship places are not bars.!! Many people find peace by visiting such places. If one finds himself peace without visiting such places, he can continue the same. No one asks him to visit. If anyone prefer to pray at home, ok, he can do it at home itself. It is not good to argue as anti-religious.

It is better if he mentions whether "religious places of worship" are open or not. No need to single out any specific worship place. This is to avoid confusion or any feeling of partiality.

Good. It is better to open temples for devotees. But devotees have to take care of themselves with covid appropriate behaviour. Opening the temple for devotees is helpful for some poors who are dependent on religious duties for their earnings.
