Bengaluru: Now, pressure mounting to replace BJP state in-charge Arun Singh

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Jun 13: Even after the BJP top brass made it abundantly clear that they are not in favour of changing the state leadership, behind-the-scenes rumblings within the party have refused to die down. It is said that the dissidents now are demanding the scalp of BJP Karnataka state in-charge, Arun Singh. They are planning to request the national leaders to replace Singh.

Arun Singh

In the meantime, MLA Arvind Bellad visited New Delhi all of a sudden. His Delhi visit raised a few eyebrows, but he quickly clarified that his visit was purely personal.

The dissidents, it is said, feel that Arun Singh, instead of having a balanced view, always leans in favour of chief minister B S Yediyurappa, whenever the national leaders seek a report on Karnataka. Therefore, it was said that Bellad might meet another leader to request him to attend to their grievances.

But during his Delhi visit, Bellad did not meet any of the leaders, it is learnt.

Even after Arun Singh asserted that Yediyurpapa will continue at the helm, a faction opposed to thie chief minister has kept the issue alive.

The parliamentary board of the BJP that takes final political decisions, is meeting on June 14. The meeting will discuss leadership change issues that have cropped up in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand states and take a decision. The faction opposed to the chief minister hopes that the leadership change demand in Karnataka may also be taken up at the said meeting.

Many individuals too are in the hiding Mr. Subodh, such as Smriti Irani, Amit Shah, Sadananda Gowda, Dharmendra Pradhan, Naqvi, Piyush Goyal and many more..... Smriti was in the forefront of the agitation against petrol price hike during Manmohan regime, with the empty gas cylinder..... Why she is not to be seen when both Petrol & Diesel both hit centuries..... Is it because she has surrendered the gas connection due to high LPG prices and burning 'Chulha' at home and she does not have empty cylinder to hit the roads..... Though it is not a fact, I am sure you will vouch that she hold high moral values, ethics and integrity and people's issues are close to her heart and she would have definitely spoken against the fuel price rise, if she had one empty cylinder :) :) :) ..... Shall we provide one to her so that let her come from her hiding ??? Mr. Subodh, allegiance to a party is one's choice, but that should not blind one from seeing the ground reality, that is when they are called 'Andh Bhakths'..... Open your eyes and ears to what is happening around.....

Dear KBR @ Mangala Uru, I live on earth only, wish if we all had been living in sky as commented by you..... It is because we live on land, we have all the parochial mindset of my country, my state, my district, my religion, my caste, my god etc. etc. etc. ..... If it was the sky, none of these divisions would apply there.... Staying on earth also, we can overcome these divisions, for which our attitude should be SKY HIGH.... I do not know whether you will understand this with your dogmatic mindset...... As far as my place of living is concerned, I am happy in whichever part of the universe I am presently staying..... Politically it is named Kerala, so am using it..... We don’t hide by giving false names / places..... Probably your doubt is stemming from the fact that you yourself do not have been the habit of giving your full name / proper place (which am not interested in knowing)
