I bet not a single shop or establishment that is fined or license is cancelled belongs to any BJP members.. It must be selective harassment of owners of shops and establishments belonging to either Congress or minorities..

District Administration seems that it enjoys catching people on the wring foot. They were lax for last two weeks and made beleive there is relaxation in rules. And suddenly they wake up catch people and instead of warning them, cancel their licenses and fine them. I don't know what joy they get by treating their own fellow citizens as enemies.
