Udupi: CM Yediyurappa’s resignation not solution to all issues - MP Shobha Karandlaje

Daijiworld Media Network – Udupi (MS)

Udupi, May 5: “In democracy, opposition parties have equal responsibility as that of the ruling party. Resignation of a person is not the solution to all issues. Opposition parties can give suggestions. They have to work for controlling Covid situation also. As a former chief minister (CM), he (Siddaramaiah) has also got power. Because of the earlier government which was led by him, we have arrived at this situation. None of the hospitals are upgraded as per the population in that area. So he has to agree on this point,” said Udupi-Chikkamagaluru MP Shobha Karandlaje in the city on Wednesday May 5.

Responding on the issue of blocking of ICU beds in Bengaluru, she said, “People who are misusing this Covid situation are not human beings. They are demons. People who do not have humanity have done this work. This is a systematically operated network. Whoever has done this, should be slapped with IPC 307 and kept inside prison permanently. Licence of the company should be revoked immediately.”

On violence in Bengal, she said, “Mamata Banerjee does not have the moral right to become the CM of West Bengal. She got defeated in her own constituency. After the elections, the work of disturbing peace is going in West Bengal. They are instigating communal violence. They have started killing people of one community and goondaism also. They have put fire to BJP office itself. This was never seen in the history of India. BJP is united throughout the country.”

Explaining the gap between demand and supply of oxygen, Shobha said, “Coronavirus infections may increase fourfold in coming days. The district administration has taken steps to convert hostels, educational institutions and old colleges as Covid care centers. Those who have low risk and does not have facility at home can avail the benefit of this arrangement.

“Oxygen is being produced in various industries and hospitals. As it is misused in some places, patients have faced inconvenience. The district administration is bringing oxygen from other places. After the tragedy at Chamarajanagar, state government has taken strict action. When there is oxygen shortage, the districts have to coordinate with each other,” she said.

His patriotic public wish to burn him alive is still pending after failed demonitisation and GST-Gabbar Singh Tax even after its proved by -25% GDP and unemployment 50 years high after implementation of this orders in 2016. But you are kind enough to let him go only with resignation while all of india is eager to fulfil his wish. Only EVMs are keeping him safe and away from people.

What a shameless statement! When BJP took various disastrous decisions, none of them listened to opposition advice. Be it demonitisation, NS Act, Selling Govt Institutions to Ambanies and Adanies, Farm laws etc. etc. none of the opposition advice was considered important. BJP has been claiming that Opposition did nothing for 70 years. They ignored creation of medical colleges, hospitals, Research Institutes, Vaccine Producing Laboratories etc. that were brought up by opposition. Now when they find the shortage, they want to pass on the blame to opposition. BJP kept building statues, bringing in laws against animal slaughter, religious conversion etc. instead of carrying out developmental activities. Most important thing is Covid 19 started more than a year back. What was BJP doing for past so many months knowing fully well that oxygen shortage and shortage of medical facilities will turn out to be major issues. They probably kept themselves busy with toppling elected Governments, election campaign, doing research on privatisation of profit making Govt Organisations. Now when they realise that nothing is working, they want help of opposition or probably blame the opposition for their failure. Real politicians!!!

Matter of fact state is better functioned without this BJP govt let alone CM resigning. This govt is an expense and impediment for the growth of the country and wastage of tax rupees of hard working citizens. BTW, how come now you are realizing the importance and worth of opposition??????.....Its quite evident that now you are unable to handle the current situation and seeking opposition help and once you succeed you put your own label on that success and seek votes on that stolen success. BJP is completely exposed and it’s mettle is tested. Ab Aya Oont Pahad Ke Niche.

Shobakka, yes you can he district administration has taken steps to convert hostels, educational institutions and old colleges as Covid care centres."" but the question is who is going to bring professionals. Already the final year Nursing and Medical students roped in without exams and are you going to bring 4th years Med student and 2nd year Nursing students to manage Covid patients? God save those patients admitted to these centres. When a fully properly qualified doctor struggle to provide effective treatment to Covid patients, what these students can do?. Hopefully they don't flush bleach or soap influenced by some great tweet (Thanks God!! one expert's twitter account is deleted other day, or else)
