Udupi, Mar 24: “Now KSP has become a place for retired people to spend their free time and get into politics. It is also a centre of Ganji Kendra. I have received 79 complaints over KSP. I just want to stop the misuse of public money and corruption in the management. I do not have any literature background, but I cherished 29 writers,” said Rajshekhar Mulali, candidate of KSP election-2021 and social activist at Press club Udupi here on Wednesday, March 24.
"My ultimate goal is building a corruption free Sahitya Parishad. My priority is to make a separate unit for women, farmers and students," he said.
He further said that, "It is very unfortunate that, the CD issue spoiled precious two days of Karnataka assembly session. Actually price hike on diesel, petrol and corruption should have been the main agenda of session. We should refrain from talking about unnecessary issues in the session,” Mulali said.
"When that issue comes up on screens, the channel must be disconnected. If CBI conducts a probe, then every conspiracies and truths will be revealed. I am not into the matter, someone else raised my name mistakenly during the session. I would like to request Speaker Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri to disconnect live streaming when the sex CD issue comes in. A huge gang is working behind in the black mailing activities and CD scandal. Let conduct a fair investigation on the topic and let us know the agency doing this. Meanwhile, let the government focus on developmental works” he added.
“If true victim of CD scandal may approach to help her, definitely I will help her to fight over the case. I will take her to Supreme Court to get her justice and I am ready to spend from my own pocket till fight ends," Mulali said assuring assistance to the victim if true .
He described the 12 points in manifesto which are - bringing digital touch to the activity of Parishad, construction of Kannada Bhavan, smart card, free toll, employment generation and so on.
