Vijayapura, Feb 7: Construction will soon be underway for the Ram temple in Ayodhya and BJP leader Basanagouda Yatnal said that temples will be constructed at Kashi, Mathura as well. "The dream of Ram Mandir construction is getting realized now. Construction of temples in Kashi and Mathura are pending," said Vijayapura MLA Yatnal. He was speaking at a fundraising convention organized on behalf of Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Theertha Kshethra Trust. Yatnal donated Rs 5 lac for the same.
"Ram Mandir will soon be constructed in Ayodhya as planned. Vishwanath Mandir needs to be built in Kashi. The birthplace of Lord Krishna needs to be liberated in Mathura. This does not require movement like Ayodhya. Currently, in the country, right from the President till the union government it is BJP," he added.
Recalling the Babri Masjid demolition on December 6, 1992, Yatnal said, "I was at Ayodhya on that day. I have seen the Babri Masjid falling. Pejawar seer has worked relentlessly for the construction of Ram Mandir. He has united the Hindu community without making any discrimination between Dalit and Lingayats. Those who had been to Ayodhya in 1992 have become MLAs, MPs and members of gram panchayats. People had doubts about Ram Mandir construction for the past several years. They used to ask the BJP representatives as to when the Ram Mandir will be built. There were also accusations that the BJP is using this matter to attract voters. However, today, the fight that started with Ashok Singhal, Lal Krishna Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi has borne fruit and Ram Mandir is being constructed under the rule of PM Modi."
Ram Mandir is being constructed at Ayodhya. The development of the Anjaneyadri hill area, where Hanuma was born, has to be done. Yatnal requested Sri Vishwaprasanna Tirtha Swamiji, who is also the trustee of Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Theertha Kshetra, to include this in the scope of Ram Mandir construction and develop Hanuman hills.
Yatnal also said that by developing Anjaneyadri hills the relation between Ram and his devotee Hanuman will be glorified.
