Kuwait, Jun 13: The Kuwait Pangla Association (KPA) organized a fun-filled outing to a park at Gulf Road on Friday June 11.
As many as 50 Panglaites and their friends attended the picnic. The evening began with a welcome speech by Albert Quadaras; Fr John Harry D’Souza from Our Lady of Arabia Parish, Ahmadi was the guest of honour.
Speaking on the occasion Fr Harry said he was very glad to be in the midst of Panglaites and expressed his gratitude for the invitation. He fondly referred to everybody as “Pangalache Kalle”
Several games were organized for kids and adults like passing the parcel, ring the box, housie and so on. The evening was also a special occasion for all Pangalites to know each other well and remember the days spent together in Pangla.
The delicious dinner was provided by Delhi Darbar restaurant which is owned by one of the Pangalite. It was indeed a memorable day for all the Pangalites.
