Bengaluru, Jan 13: As the list of ministers is getting finalised, disappointment has cropped up in state BJP. After H Vishwanath, Sathish Reddy and Renukacharya expressed their unhappiness over chief minister (CM) B S Yediyurappa, now it is the turn of Karkala MLA Sunil Kumar, who has also expressed unhappiness against the CM.
Taunting C P Yogeshwar, Sunil Kumar wrote on his Twitter account, "My agenda is to be loyal to the party, development of my constituency and Hindutva. I do not know any other ways. I am not aware of glorifying caste politics. I have not blackmailed anyone to attain position and power. In future also I will not follow that path."
Till Tuesday January 12, Sunil Kumar's name was making the rounds in the list of new ministers that will be inducted into the cabinet of CM Yediyurappa on Wednesday January 13. However, his name is dropped now. On hearing the news, Sunil Kumar expressed his unhappiness.
Speaking to scribes in the city, CM Yediyurappa said, "Today (Wednesday, January 13), seven people are taking oath as ministers. They are Umesh Katti, Aravind Limbavali, MTB Nagaraj, Murugesh Nirani, R Shankar, C P Yogeshwar and S Angara."
MLA Muniratna's name, who was promised of a minister post, is also omitted from the list. Rumours are making rounds whether the CM has not kept his word given to Muniratna.
