100% Abdul Bhai. Well said. We do a lot developments with no real technical concept which causes failures in most of the time. It's same like the current ongoing road works. Shops are below the ground level which will cause flood during rainy season. With a proper Engineering all this could be avoided. Learn from other countries how do they implement such changes.

throughout India, emphasis should be on crematoriums... rate at which people are dying of hunger/suicide/disease/distress etc. etc. calls for adequate number crematoriums in accordance with Aatma Nirbhar motto kept before the nation by MoNa...

If there is no Aatma Nirbhar in this matter, country may be full of ಪ್ರೇತಾತ್ಮಗಳು...

Tall promises...Handover these Parks/Cremetoriums to Private parties to Build and maintain. (CSR Funds)
The Corporation can save a huge money.
The quality of works executed is shabby and poor..Unfinished in many places.
The Surathkal Underground Drainage is History. Not a Drop of Water has flowed down the Drain..
but... Money in Crores has !!!
Only Consolation ...if Surathkal Cremetorium is done up...Atleast I will Rest in Peace !!!!

All fake promises by the City corporation. Only wasting money of the tax payers. It is surprising to see the footpath from Town Hall to A B Shetty circle the RTO side, little more than a year the corporation did some work before it was completed there is some new works going on since it is all dug and pedestrians cannot walk now. All fake promises by the MCC.

This is the third time city corporation is re-building Mangalanagar park. Everytime they spend lakhs and then there is no maintenance. Again after 3-4 yrs they rebuild.

Allocate funds on annual basis for maintenance ..This probably they forget during the budget session ..This adhoc nature of announcing development of parks in the middle of the financial year shows the lack of planning and vision of the MCC .Though it might be challenging ..it is not impossible to have such vision

MUDA had developed Prashanth Nagara layout at Derebail and had reserved land for Children Park. Separate amount was also collected from the buyers of the site. However, no action has been initiated till date for developing the approved park. I request the City corporation Mayor and Commissioner to look into the lands reserved for developing parks in MUDA developed layouts in Mangaluru and to include them in the current project.
