Common Confirms Split from Serena Williams

Los Angeles, Jun 11 (IANS): Rapper Common has confirmed his split with tennis ace Serena Williams, insisting he is "definitely" single.

"I am single. I am a single man, definitely," foxnews.com quoted Common as saying.

The hip-hop star was rumoured to have split from Williams last month, but he recently dismissed the claims and insisted he had plans to visit his girlfriend of two years in Paris, where she was competing in the French Open Championships.

Now he has confirmed that the couple is no longer together.
