No need to panic: Minister Sudhakar after six crows found dead in Mangaluru

Bengaluru, Jan 7 (IANS): After a confirmed avian influenza case was reported in Kerala, Karnataka Health Minister K. Sudhakar said on Thursday that samples of six dead crow that were found in Mangaluru have been sent for testing.

Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan held a meeting with health ministers of the states and Union territories on Thursday, a day before the nationwide Covid-19 vaccine dry run. After attending the meeting, Sudhakar said that he has informed Harsh Vardhan about the incident of six dead crows.

"We are waiting for the test reports of the dead crows that were found near Arangady in Manjanady village in Mangaluru," he said.

He added that though the local people are apprehensive that the crows might have died due to bird flu, people in the state need not worry about this stray episode as Karnataka has never witnessed large scale avian influenza breaking out in the state.

"This time too, it may not be that serious. However, as a precautionary measure, people need to boil meat properly whenever they consume it," he said in response to a question.

Manjanady is a large village located near Mangalore University in Dakshin Kannada. It has a population of around 11,000 people living in around 1,695 households.

The village is buzzing with economic activities, as it is part of the Mangaluru Special Economic Zone, with Infosys also setting up its base here. There are also two medical colleges with hospitals here -- NITTE and Yenepoya Medical College.

Only solution left is change of government, which will solve all fake rules and the country may go ahead in right direction, I.e. secular peoples government.

No matter how much Modi and his government is praised to have freed India from the clutches from Congress (rather the Gandhi family), what I say is BJP rule is a curse on India.

    1. Modi came to power hinting that Hinduism is on the verge extinction due to conversion by other religion. Which turned out to be a lie because people are openly converting to Buddhism that he or any Hindu organization couldn't stop.

    2. He said that Congress (rather the Gandhi family) looted India and hoarded the black money in Swiss in volume @ 15 L per each Indian which he will bring back within 100 days of coming to power. This also backfired and to heal this he imposed DeMo which again backfired. The gentleman thumped his 52" chest to surrender for punishment if DeMo failed but now he not browsing the topic at all !

    3. He kept questioning '70 saal mein kyaa kiya' despite his need to sell the PSUs (nurtured by Nehru, Indira, Rajiv, N, Rao and MMS) for sustaining the nation's economy. Yet that was not sufficient, so the contingency funds had to be withdrawn which also was not enough and by the end of 2019 Indian economy had already reached 0% GDP.

    4. The Final nail on his head was Covid-19 after which the economy is contracting than growing, God knows what is present negative GDP with 6 to 7% contraction in the past two years, He invested on vaccine that wasn't tested or given adequate curing period on test volunteers yet he has put it out on market and people are hesitate to receive it.

    5. Latest news being several crores dunked down the drain with fake Foot and Mouth vaccine sending fears about a spread of disease in cows right in time of passing ordinance to ban cow slaughter in the state. At such situation, even if you cancel the ban, nobody will buy beef until news come out that the disease is eradicated.

Celebrate BJP supporters, celebrate the curse called MODI/SHAH, the two sharks who swallowed Bharat Maata in bits and pieces.

    Celebrate !

    Ha Ha....

I can also understand your inability to explain to even one point out of five, where/how I am wrong or why Mod/Shah is right.

You could too have the same concern for the nation as me, but no ! When policies are made by Modi/Shah, you have surrendered your vocal cords to them.
