Mangaluru/Udupi, Nov 30: As per the Dakshina Kannada health bulletin the district reported 27 fresh coronavirus cases on Monday raising the tally to 31,923. Out of these, 588 cases are currently active.

A total of 3,61,965 samples have been tested. Out of which, 3,30,042 are negative.

As many as 46 people were discharged on Monday, taking the total number of recoveries to 30,622.

A total of 713 deaths have occured so far, including one on Monday.

Over 14,876 mask violations were reported in the Dakshina Kannada district and Rs 16,00,022 in fines have been collected by the authorities.

Udupi

The coronavirus tally in the district has risen to 22,690, including 13 fresh cases on Monday. Out of these, 205 cases are currently active.

Over 2,45,401 samples have been tested so far, of which 2,22,711 have turned out negative.

As many as 29 patients were discharged on Monday. The total number of recoveries has climbed to 22,298.

A total of 187 deaths have occured so far.
