New Delhi, Oct 29: BJP leader Kapil Mishra tendered an unconditional apology to Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and Delhi's health minister Satyendar Jain for his remark made three years back where Mishra had accused Kejriwal of financial irregularities and accepting two crores rupees from Satyendar Jain as bribe. After the allegement made by Mishra, the Income Tax (IT) department had launched a probe in the allegations.
Satyendar Jain had filed a case on the allegations made by Mishra assuring to withdraw the complaint made if the accused tenders an apology.

Earlier this year too Kapil Mishra, took a communally-charged jibe at CM Arvind Kejriwal in a letter that stated the latter won his term due to concentrated Muslim votes and free electricity. During the election campaign, he said that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) should rename itself into Muslim League.
He accused the AAP of playing divisive and vote bank politics to attract votes from the Muslim community and even compared the Delhi Assembly election as fight between India and Pakistan.
