Mumbai, Sep 21: Bhoiwada police have registered an FIR against a 46-year-old woman Priti Khot of Vile Parle for allegedly abusing and slapping traffic police constable after her daughter fell off her motorbike.

As per reports, the accused woman grew annoyed after the traffic cop stopped the duo from jumping a signal, which led to her daughter falling off the bike.

On September 17, Khot was riding pillion with her daughter Megha and constable Harish Urankar (42) stopped them at Parel TT junction, as they tried to jump a red signal. On being stopped Megha fell and Urankar went to help her. However, Khot abused and slapped the constable.

Urankar then approached the Bhoiwada police station to file a complaint against Khot, where she was asked to pay the fine. She was also served a notice and then asked to leave, said a police officer.
