Priority for Quality

Eden Developers was established in 2005 with 6-storied 24 apartments residential cum commercial project “Eden Enclave” which was inaugurated in 2007.  The company houses its spacious office in the very same building, which is conveniently located on NH 17.  The work is going on at a brisk pace at the project site indicating that the project will be completed by the stipulated time.  

The developers have enlisted the services of top notch professionals in the field giving utmost importance to provide comfort, safety and modern facilities to the residents.  Facilities at Eden Heritage include 24 hour water supply, separate underground and over-head tanks of sufficient  storage capacity of water, generator facility for all lighting points in the apartment, common area and lifts, 2 lifts with 6 passenger each capacity with vertical approach from basement to roof floor, 24 hour security arrangement with CCTV provision and security rooms, paved car parking with the entire basement floor earmarked for parking,  maid servant facility provision for visiting  residents and reticulated gas pipeline and well maintained garden around the building to enhance its aesthetic value.  

Technical specifications of the apartment include laterite masonry for outer walls and Class I solid blocks for inner partition walls, designed and polished teakwood main door of standard size, vitrified tile flooring in rooms and anti-skid tiles in toilets and work area, wooden frame with 30mm flush door shutters for all bedroom and kitchen doors and fiber doors for toilets.  Kitchens will be provided with granite platform with stainless steel sink, 3 ft high dadooing on all walls, adequate 15amps power points and provision for exhaust fan, plumbing, drainage and electrical provision for washing machine in work area.  

The promoters have provided for best electrical facilities at Eden Heritage and multi-strand copper wire of ISI standard will be used for all electrical works, ISI standard switches and distribution boxes for lighting and power points, A C and telephone provision in all bedroom and two-way light control switches. ISI standard plumbing and bath fittings will be used for all purposes. 
 

Beautifying Surrounding 

To beautify the surrounding area the developers have taken up the responsibility of developing and maintaining a garden at the entrance of the project, stretching out to an area beyond the area coming under their jurisdiction, which is a government land and given to the developers for developing a garden and for maintaining it.  A well maintained garden would add value to the milieu with beautiful and visually pleasing natural surroundings.
