Law Minister Moily Graces Gamaka, Sahityotsav – 2010 Valedictory

The valedictory function of Gamaka and Sahityotsav – 2010, which was jointly organized by the Kannada Sahitya Parishad, Maharastra unit, metro-based Devadiga Sanghs and other like-minded Tulu – Kannadiga organizations was held at Geetha Govind auditorium, Sion (East) here, recently.
 
Eminent litterateur Krishna Kollara Kulkarni presided. Veteran litterateur and poet Murtidevi Pratishtan Award recipient and union law minister M Veerappa Moily was the chief guest.

Kannada Sahitya Parishad – Maharastra unit president H B L Rao honoured M Veerappa Moily on the occasion.
 
Speaking on the occasion, minister M Veerappa Moily said that there are many ways to find success in life. One should develop the inner strength as it often reflected in my works, he added.
 
Bunts Sangha president Aikala Harish Shetty, Billavara Association president Jaya C Suvarna, lawyer B Mohiuddin Mundkoor, AHAAR president Narayan Alva, Bunts community veteran M D Shetty, Sudhir R L Shetty and Dr P G Rao among others were present.


 
Dr P G Rao inaugurated literary meet and Gamaka singing and also delivered the keynote address.
 
Devadiga Sangha president K K Mohandas welcomed the gathering. Mamata Rao explained the path traversed by Kannada Sahitya Parishad – Maharastra unit. Amith Bhagawat compered the programme.
