Rash driving has become a rampant disease, there is not a single day without any casualties... Hit and run is the escape route, taken by these criminals.... State should now implement stringent laws, seal all loopholes to prevent the culprits, from fleeing prosecution.. Also the government must make it mandatory for all occupants to have an insurance policy, to help the accident victims families !!!
