Mangalore: City BJP Unit Stages Protest Against Price Hike

Mangalore, Mar 27: The city north unit of BJP and the city south BJP Mahila Morcha, jointly organized a protest in front of the office of the deputy commissioner (DC) at 4.00 pm on Friday March 26. 

They were opposing the price hike of essential commodities which has caused great hardships to the common man.

 

The protesters alleged that the price hike of essential commodities was due to a lack of farsighted economic policies pursued by the Congress-led union government.   

MP Nalin Kumar, BJP leaders Monappa Bhandary, Srikar Prabhu, and Sudha Bhat were present on the occasion.

    Dear Nagesh,

    If this protest by BJP brings down the prices, people will be very happy. I feel BJP also should protest again Mine kings who are looting thousands of crores of state wealth and still in the corrupt Yedyurappa's ministry. This protest will surely help in saving state wealth. Why BJP is still silent on this?

    BJP IS NOT UNDERSTANDING UPA'S LOGIC BEHIND PRICE RISE:
    1. UPA SAYS STOP EATING PULSES & SUGAR TO AVOID PRICE RISE.

    2. DO NOT FILL PETROL & GO BY BAIL GADI TO AVOID RISE IN OIL PRICES.

    3. DO NOT BUILD HOUSES & STAY IN THATCHED HOUSES TO AVOID RISE IN PRICES OF CEMENT & STEEL.

    AT THE SAME TIME THEY (UPA) WILL ATTEND MARRIAGES BY TRAVELLING IN CHARTERED FLIGHTS, WITHDRAW NOBEY FROM ATM ETC..@THE COST OF TAX PAYERS MONEY.

    THSI LOGIC IS NA BHOOTHOO NA BHAVISHYATI.
