Bengaluru, Jul 31: Karnataka chief minister B S Yediyurappa felicitated Dr K Kasturi Rangan, chairman of the National Education Policy panel, in Bengaluru on Friday.

The chief minister garlanded the former chairman of ISRO, who had also headed the Western Ghats Environmental panel.



Deputy chief minister Dr C N Ashwatha Narayan and S Ravi Kumar, BJP MLC, accompanied the chief minister.
