Bengaluru, Jul 31: BJP leader, actor-turned-politician and ministerial aspirant and MLC C P Yogeshwar, who is a common political adversary of both Shivakumar and Kumaraswamy, ruffled several feathers by commenting that both these leaders have good relationship with chief minister (CM) B S Yediyurappa, and that they indulge in politics of understanding with the CM. Yogeshwar's name figures prominently in the list of probables who might make it to the cabinet by next week.
Both Shivakumar and Kumaraswamy hit back by claiming that they have never indulged in politics of mutual understanding with Yediyurappa.

Yogeshwar said that Kumaraswamy has a soft corner towards the BJP as whatever he wants is being met by the government. "Shivakumar is the president of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee only during the day. At night he stands in front of Yediyurappa duly folding his arms. Both wish that Yediyurappa should continue as the CM for the next three years. I invite Congress and JD(S) workers to join the BJP instead of reposing trust on these leaders and heading towards doom," he had commented.
Kumaraswamy said that he has never indulged in adjustment politics in the past and never will. "My relationship with Shivakumar is of multiple kinds. Political relationship is different from personal trust. People who got settled through backdoor politics cannot damage genuine people. The current government has not given any new project to my Ramanagara district," he fumed.
Shivakumar, who got angry, said that Yogeshwar had met him two weeks back to request him to allow him to join the Congress. "Yogeshwar told me that Yediyurappa is being unseated and he will not get any opportunity in the BJP henceforth. However, I refused his admission into the party. I am not aware why he is behaving like this," he asserted.
Shivakumar's brother and MP D K Suresh, felt that the way Yogeshwar is talking, it is clear that he has become mentally unstable. He said that the BJP leaders have directly led Yogeshwar from the mental hospital to the legislative council.
