Mumbai, Mar 5: Sri Yoganand Saraswati Swami of Kondevoor Mutt, Uppala was accorded grand welcome at Chatrapati Shivaji domestic airport, Santacruz (East) here on Friday March 5. Sri Kshetra Kondevoor, Mumbai committee president Dharmapal U Devadiga and other office bearers were present to welcome the seer.
Swamiji Yoganand will be on metro tour up to Monday March 8. Swamiji later paid a visit to Billava Bhavan, Santacruz (East) and attended the meeting convened by Mumbai committee of Sri Kshetra Kondevoor. He provided information on various social welfare and humanitarian tasks undertaken by Kondevoor Mutt. He also blessed the devotees who gathered at Billava Bhavan on the occasion.
Mumbai committee office-bearers Harish K Chevar, Narayan Urwa, Babu T Bangera, Sridhar Uppala and Jeevan Manjeshwar among others were present.
