Janavi why complete Lock Down in Udupi. It's already like a complete Lock Down. No City Buses are running. DC said only Borders will be closed. If City Buses are not there, people cannot go for work. Again people will loose their Jobs and salaries. Who will look after their families. It is easy for well to do people like you to give suggestions as it does not affect you all. People who are depended on their daily Wages will starve for 14 day's. Let people learn to live with the Virus. Lock Down will make things from Bad to Worse.
