Kundapur, Jul 13: Karnataka state village accountant’s association, Brahmavar severely condemned the alleged attempted murder of Bangarpate taluk tahsildar, B K Chandramouleshwar by a person named Venkatapati in the presence of police personnel when the tahsildar conducted a joint survey of the land.
“Incidents such as these occur when government officials perform their duties. Such crimes are increasing throughout the state due to the absence of legal acts causing an atmosphere of fear. The government should immediately arrest the guilty, take legal action and pass suitable laws for the protection of government servants,” urged the association.
