Kundapur: Kota double murder case - High court rejects bail to four accused

Kundapur, Jul 10: Judge of high court rejected the bail application of four accused in the double murder case of Yathish Kanchan and Bharath that occurred on the night of January 26., 2019.

The bail application of Sujay, Mahesh Kumar, Ravichandra and Abhishek Palan, all accused in the double murder case was rejected by the high court. All the four are main accused in the the case.

The public prosecutor representing the deceased said, "All the four are the main accused in this double murder case. Police have recovered the lethal weapons from the accused that were used for the murder. They have been identified by eye witnesses during the identification parade. If they are given bail, there is every chance that they may destroy the evidence by threatening the witnesses."

Judge of high court who listened to the argument of the lawyer for prosecution and rejected the bail application of the accused.
