Brahmavar, Jul 9: In an incident reported from Brahmavar, the mortal remains of a teenager who had ended life having been fed up with home quarantine started to decompose at the mortuary. This happened at the Brahmavar community health centre on Wednesday, July 8.

The boy had ended his life by hanging on Monday. The body was shifted to the community health centre the same night. It is said that because of a technical fault in the freezer, the body had started to decompose. The family members of the boy took the hospital staff to task for their negligence.

When the body was taken out on Tuesday afternoon for coronavirus test, the body was in good condition. But when the door of the freezer unit was opened on Wednesday evening, it was giving out a bad odour. The hospital staff said that this had happened due to the technical problem of the freezer.
