Mangaluru: Murder attempt - Court acquits all accused

Mangaluru, Jul 3: The fourth additional district and sessions court here has exonerated all the five persons accused of attempting to commit the murder of a man near Arkula railway gate five years back, They were accused of trying to kill railway gateman, F Stanley.

Stanley's wife, Synthia, and four others, identified as Prasad, Sunil, Dhanush, and Charan, were accused of having played a role in this murder attempt. The court which heard the case came to the conclusion that the prosecution, has failed to prove the charges.

Advocate P Changappa had appeared in the court on behalf of the accused, Synthia, while advocates, Vinod Paul and Mohanraj had represented the other accused.
