Mangalore, Feb 20: Mukti, a collection of stories by Elinje Nagesh, sub-editor of Karnataka Malla Kannada daily, Mumbai was released at a function held  in Kinnigoli, here recently.

St Mary’s College principal, Dr Clarence Miranda released the book. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the writer must be able to express the natural activities taking place in his surroundings and Nagesh has done a great job. “I ‘am happy to release the book of my disciple”, he added.



Pompei P U College principal, chief guest for the occasion said that he personally likes the story writing style of Nagesh and added that they are worth-reading.

Elinje Anil, who supported Nagesh in bringing out the book, said that it is his duty to help the talented person of his region like Nagesh and he wished that his book will be read by wide number of people.

Nagesh also expressed his happiness on the occasion and thanked all the people who supported him. “It’s a dream come true”, he added.

    First of all congragilations on your dream come true regarding the "Mukti" release. My good wishes always with you Nagesh and I pray to god almighty that may such book release may follow this one. My close friend "Kathegaara Naganna" has done a great job I'm very much proud of you. Wish you good luck Elinje Nagesh.
