Bengaluru, Jun 23: The case of missing live bullets from T Narasipur police station in Mysuru district is proving to be problematic for the police force.
 
After a police constable in the investigation team was found to be coronavirus positive, 24 police personnel including Mysuru district additional superintendent of police P V Sneha and 53 persons having secondary contact including Mysuru southern range inspector general of police Vipul Kumar, superintendent of police C B Rishvanth, and rural deputy superintendent of police Sumith, have been quarantined. Nanjangud rural station has been sealed down.
 
In the meantime, after the cook in the home of medical education minister Dr K Sudhakar was confirmed with corona infection, the minister's father, who has been admitted into a private hospital, has tested positive for the infection. Sudhakar underwent a test for the fifth time and the result was negative. His entire family is likely to be home quarantined.
 
Former MLA H C Balakrishna's daughter has tested positive for coronavirus. This was stated by Balakrishna in a tweet. His daughter, Rachana, is a doctor at KIMS Hospital Bengaluru
