Bengaluru, Jun 4: It is said that talks on the wedding of Aishwarya, daughter of Congress trouble-shooter, D K Shivakumar and Amarthya, son of Cofee Day proprietor, late Siddarth Hegde were held recently.

The wedding of former Karnataka chief minister, H D Kumaraswamy’s son, Nikhil was held recently. Rumours are rife that discussions were held over holding the wedding of the grandson of another chief minister S M Krishna with the daughter of KPCC president, D K Shivakumar. Café Coffee day proprietor, Siddarth Hegde had committed suicide by jumping into Netravati river last year. However, D K Shivakumar has not given a statement yet on the proposed wedding.

It is said that the talks were held under the leadership of S M Krishna some time ago. D K Shivakumar has come forward to form a relationship with the family of his political guru, S M Krishna by the alliance.

Preparations for the wedding of Amarthya are in progress. The engagement will be held after the completion of corona lockdown. The wedding is likely to be held after a year. D K Shivaram and Siddarth were business partners. When Siddarth Hegde died a shocking death, the family of D K Shivakumar was with the family of Siddarth Hegde and had provided them courage. Talks on the wedding were held earlier too. But those were stopped after the death of Siddarth. They resumed now.

Amarthya is looking after the business in Bengaluru after his education in America. Aishwarya has done her engineering and is looking after the college belonging to D K Shivaram. Both the families are prestigious. Therefore, expectations on the wedding have increased.
