Bengaluru: State government employees instructed to report for duty in offices

Bengaluru, May 18: The state government which has decided to relax lock down restrictions from May 18, has instructed through a government notification dated May 18 that 100% attendance of all the categories of staff is mandatory in all the government offices, semi government offices, autonomous bodies, corporations and government boards from May 19.

The orders are based on government of India circular 40-3/2020-DM-1(A) dated May 17, 2020.

The government in the previous circular dated May 2 had stated that 100% attendance is mandatory only in government offices which provide essential services and 33% attendance in other government offices.
