Kasargod: Falling coconut tree causes student's demise

Kasargod, May 13: A student lost his life after a coconut tree directly fell on him. The incident happened near Crescent School premises at Ajanur here on Tuesday, May 12.

The deceased was Harikrishnan (21), an engineering student. He was the son of Balu, resident at Kilikurutchi, Tamil Nadu. Balu currently stays in Sabir Quarters at Kolavayal here. Some trees were being cut down in the area when Harikrisnan was passing through it.

Harikishnan suffered critical injuries due to the falling tree. He was rushed to the hosplital immediately but his life could not be saved.
