Bantwal, Feb 24: Hindu Jagarana Vedike has called for the arrest of all the forces behind the incident of Bengaluru’s Amulya who had recently shouted pro Pakistan slogans.
HJV Vitla and Bantwal taluk units held protests in front of Mini Vidhana Soudha here and submitted a memorandum to the chief minister through taluk tahsildar. “HJV zonal secretary Radhakrishna Adyantaya said that it is the responsibility of the state government to take action against such incidents in the beginning. Legal action should be taken against all the people who took part in that programme. The previous government was slapping Koka act against social activists. Ironically, the current government does not apply the act even against treason. It appears that foreign force is behind the protests.
Therefore, the case should be handed over to the national investigation force,” he said.
"It is clear that Pakistan supported activities of treason are in progress in Hubballi, Mangaluru and several other places. I suspect the hands of fundamentalists, Naxal supporters and separatists behind them,” he said.
Division communication leader Ratnakar Shetty Kalladka, district communication leader Narasimha Shetty Mani, district president Netrakere, Bantwal president Chandra Kalai, Vitla president Ganesh Kulal, Padmanabha Katte, Yogish Tumbe, Ravi Bhandary Kalladka, Machendranath Salian, Shekar Shetty Amtadi and others were present.
