Beltangady: People who worked hard to make Catholic Maha Samavesha successful felicitated

Beltangady, Feb 19: A felicitation programme, to congratulate and felicitate those who worked hard for the success of Catholic Maha Samavesha, was organized at the auditorium of Madanthyar church on February 16.

Three saplings were planted at the grounds of Madanthyar church for the remembrance of the mega event that was held. More than 800 people who had worked hard for the success of Samavesha were present. Fr Stany Pinto, assistant parish priest of Madanthyar church was felicitated at the beginning.

Principal of Sacred Heart PU College, Fr Jerome D'Souza, assistant priest Fr Ronald Serrao, director of KSMCA of Beltangady diocese Fr Binoy were felicitated by offering shawl.

The main backbone of the event, president of Catholic central Sabha Paul Rolphy D'Costa, coordinator Joyel Mendonca and secretary Walter Moniz were felicitated by the parish priest of Madanthyar church by offering shawls.

The event started with a prayer and ended with lunch.
