Mangaluru, Jan 27: Freedom in mind, faith in words, pride in our heart, memories in our souls let us salute the nation on Republic Day.

St Agnes CBSE School on January 27 celebrated India’s 71st Republic Day with great éclat. The students took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity.

The chief guest for the day was Deputy Controller of Accounts of KPTCL, Muralidhara Nayak. The administrator of St Agnes Autonomous College, Sr Carmelrita AC, hoisted the National Flag. The students saluted the National Flag and pledged to uphold the honour and integrity of the nation.

The students of grade VIC, VIIA and VIIIA brought the stage alive with their passion and love for the motherland through their vibrant performance. The significance of the day displayed on the school noticeboard and the fundamental duties of an individual enacted by the students were greatly appreciated.



The chief guest addressed the students and urged them to do their best and be proud to be an Indian.

The students dispersed with the image of the fluttering tricolour in their mind and heart. May the day continue to be celebrated forever.
