Toronto, Dec 29: Fr Franklin D’Souza, a renowned preacher from India arrived in Canada on Monday, December 30 to preach a spiritual retreat in Greater Toronto. Sts Peter and Paul Prayer Group under the leadership of its servant leader Olympio Fernandes, is all set to have a great beginning for the New Year with graceful and spirit-filled spiritual mission.

Fr Franklin will be the main preacher for ‘Praise Adonai’, the 17th annual spiritual event organized at Michael Power and St Joseph’s Secondary School in Etobicoke by Sts Peter and Paul Prayer Group of Mississauga, Canada on December 31. The main purpose of this event is to spend the last few hours of 2019 in thanksgiving, to usher into the New Year 2020 in His mighty presence. Undoubtedly it will be a life changing experience for all who is going to attend.

Fr Franklin will preach a ‘Growth in the Spirit Retreat’ organized by St Peter and Paul Parish and Prayer Group in the New Year starting from January 6 to 10, 2020, between 6.30 and 9.30 pm at Sts Peter and Paul Parish, 4070 Central Parkway East, Mississauga. He will also celebrate the Holy Mass in Konkani organized by the Mangalorean Association of Canada on Saturday, January 11 at 6.00 pm at Sts Martha and Mary Church, Mississauga.

Fr Franklin is from India and is well known to many people in Canada. He is a well-known and well-appreciated Catholic charismatic preacher in the Church of Karnataka, India. He has preached more than 1,000 spiritual retreats around Karnataka, at Mumbai, Israel, Cyprus, and also in Gulf countries.

Undoubtedly, everyone who is going to attend the spiritual mission will have a great soul-elevating experience. The Christian community in Mississauga and the surrounding areas are invited to attend in large numbers to attend the enriching and spirit-filled mission preached by Fr Franklin.
