Bengaluru, Dec 20: While protestors across the nation are show their displeasure over the controversial Citizen Amendment Act (CAA), DCP of Bengaluru (central) has won the hearts of protestors by inviting them to join him in singing the National Anthem. The video went viral after it was tweeted by news agency ANI.
Protestors where reluctant to leave the spot after the protest, but DCP Chetan SIngh Rathore gave some words of wisdom and said, "If you have trust in me, you will join me in singing a song, and that song will make all of united." He then led them to sing the National Anthem.
The protesters cheered him and enthusiastically sang the National Anthem.
The DCP's gesture was widely appreciated on Twitter and other social media.
