Bantwal, Dec 16: Lt governor of Puducherry Dr Kiran Bedi, expressed the wish that the students of Sri Ram Vidya Kendra, Kalladka, who have excellent skill in depicting rich culture of India should get an opportunity to display the same at the Republic Day parade at New Delhi so that the entire country gets to watch their abundant talent. She was speaking after participating in the floodlit sports festival organized by Sri Ram Vidya Kendra Kalladka on Sunday December 15 night. She also said that she had never seen such a beautiful programme in her entire life.
Bedi congratulated parents who have been able to admit their children in this school, and also thanked the founders of the school and its teachers for doing things which give rise to a sense of pride about Indian culture.

Over 3,000 children unveiled a magical world in the ground with beautiful formations. Thousands of people who had congregated to watch the show were dumbstruck at the high level of performance the children give with precision.
The floodlit sports festival held at the ground at Hanuman Nagar belonging to Sri Ram Vidya Kendra at Kalladka on the night of Sunday, December 15, gave the audience a new kind of exhilarating experience. Students wearing uniform went on march past to the beats of musical tunes. The young male and female students who marched to the sound of different musical instruments created different formations which were gleeful to watch.
The students performed Yogasanas, created mind-blowing formations with oil lamps in hand, adventure with fire, motor cycle adventures, Malla Kambha, devotional songs with dance and other electrifying performances held the audience spell bound. The students also presented their talents in beating Chende and skating. Dance drama about Ayodhya movement, Chandrayana 2 launch etc also thrilled those present at the venue.
President of Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangh Puttur Dr Prabhakar Bhat, presided. Convener Vasanth Madhav, delivered introductory address and welcomed. President of the institution B Narayana Somayaji, co-convener Ramesh, principal of degree college Krishnaprasad Kayarkatte and others were present.
On this occasion, students who performed excellently were honoured by handing over talent awards.
