Mangaluru: University employee collapses in office, breathes his last

Mangaluru, Dec 5: An employee of the engineering department of Mangalore University suffered heart attack when in office and passed away on Wednesday December 4. The deceasd has been identified as Ratnakumar (51), a resident of Hiriadka in Amaramudnoor village, Sullia taluk.

Ratnakumar was working as mechanic in the engineering department of the university. On Wednesday, he was seated in his office when he suddenly suffered heart attack. Arrangements were made to take him to hospital, but his end came on the way.

He is survived by wife and a daughter. He was the father of Vamshi Ratnakumar, who was the winner of Drama Junior show of Zee TV Kannada channel.
