Mangaluru, Dec 2: Rakshith D K , a rowdy sheeter, who happens to be the main accused in the murder of Sudarshan from Puttigepalla near Kumble, surrendered to Ullal police in the presence of assistant commissioner of police, Kodandaram, on Sunday December 1 evening, it is gathered.

Rakshith had reportedly invited Sudarshan for talks in connection with a video of a girl known to Rakshith in the company of a boy was reportedly captured in a train by Sudarshan and shared it on social websites.

Rakshith has been accused of killing Sudarshan in the former's rented house near Madyar, and tossing his body near the railway tracks. After killing Sudarshan, Rakskhith had called the Ullal police to inform that he had killed Sudarshan.

    Many of the assaulters are never caught, those who are caught come out in a short time. The is no fear, so they commit crime again. The system has to change. There is a murder or assault every alternate day in Mangalore.
