Bengaluru, Nov 23: One of the members of the high court division bench that is hearing a multi-crore cheating case involving I Monetary Advisory (IMA), Justice Pradeep Singh Yerur, sought to withdraw himself from hearing this case.

On Friday November 22, four public interest litigations relating to the case, filed by different people, came up for consideration before the division bench comprising Chief Justice A S Oka and Justice Pradeep Singh Yerur.

During the hearing, Justice Yerur requested that this case be heard by a bench of which he is not a member. The Chief Justice, therefore, directed the high court registrar to list this case to another division bench of which Justice Yerur is not a member, before adjourning the hearing.
