Kolar, Nov 21: Mysterious death of eleven people in Chamakalahalli here has worried village residents. A team of doctors has rushed to the village.
Eleven people have died mysteriously in Chamakalahalli village, Mulabagilu taluk in the district during the last sixteen days.
The samples of blood and water are being collected here.
A cleanliness drive has begun by Mudigere panchayat. Tahsildar Rajashekar, district health officer Vijayakumar and the team of doctors have conducted investigations. A temporary medical center is opened in the village.
Three other people who are reported sick are admitted to Kolar hospital.
