For the use of microphones, permission from the concerned should be obtained and they can be used only from 6 am to 10 pm strictly.
While bursting crackers, people should take care not to disturb other people and those from other religions.
The organizers should appoint their own people to guard the venue of the progrmme all the 24 hours of the day.
At night, volunteers of the committees should be compulsorily present.
For the immersion ceremony, the route should be decided in advance and permission from the concerned should be obtained.
During the procession, sentiments of other religions should be taken into account and care should be taken to ensure that they are not disturbed, he has advised.
