Bantwal, Nov 15: Lions Club Bantwal, MRPL Mangaluru and Mahima Foundation Bantwal have scheduled a job fair in association with district employment exchange, youth job aspirants service center in connection with anniversary celebrations of Sri Rama Pre-University College, Kalladka on November 30.
"More than 30 companies and more than 1500 job aspirants are expected to attend the fair. It will be convenient for those who have passed SSLC, ITI and degree education,” said Vivekananda Vidyakendra president Dr Kalladka Prabhaker Bhat at a press conference on Thursday evening.
"The fair will be held from 9 am to 4.30 pm. Registration is possible on the spot. Those who have passed SSLC, PUC and ITI will be given priority. Candidates should produce their marks card, bio data, Aadhaar card etc.
"There are jobs availbale for BE in information technology, plumbers, refrigeration, driving etc.” People had to wait for jobs after submitting their applications in the past. The centers coming to villages are a good development. People should make use of the opportunity.”
Lions 317 D deputy governor Vasanth Kumar Shetty, Mahima Foundation president Jagadish B, Bantwal Lions club president Srinivas Poojary Melkar, district employment exchange center officer Dayanand, Sri Rama Pre-university college principal Krishna Prasad Kayar Katte, Lions former president Laxman Kulal, Damodar B M and Umesh Acharya were present.
