Udupi: Manipal Student Dies in Bike Accident

Udupi, Aug 20: A young student from Manipal died due to the injuries sustained by him in an accident that occurred at Manipal on Tuesday August 18.

Akhilesh Kumar Singh (26) from Sonebhadra in Uttar Pradesh, was speeding on his motor bike on Tuesday, when he lost control over the vehicle and crashed to the ground. He was shifted to Manipal Hospital in an unconscious state. He breathed his last on Wednesday.

A case in this connection has been registered in Manipal police station.
