Bengaluru: Elderly man shoots street dog barking nonstop in front of his house - Arrested

Bengaluru, Nov 11: In a bizarre incident reported from fifth block of Jayanagar in the city an elderly person shot, a street dog with his air gun was barking nonstop in front of his house. The veterinary doctor has operated upon the injured dog.

An 85-year-old elderly person, who could not bear the continuous barking of the street dog, is the one who shot three rounds at the dog from his air gun. The injured dog was given first aid at the Jayanagar veterinary clinic and later shifted to Jeeva Pet Clinic at J P Nagar in the city.

The veterinary doctors at Jeeva Pet Clinic have scanned the dog and removed three bullets lodged in the body of the canine.

The elderly person is arrested by the police. A case is registered and further investigation is on
