Mangaluru: Biruver Kudla donates Rs 50,000 for poor patient's medical treatment

Mangaluru, Nov 7: Friends Ballalbagh Biruver Kudla have donated Rs 50 thousand for medical treatment of kidney patient Gandhi Nagar, Kavoor resident Ameerjan.

Kudroli temple president Sai Ram handed over the cheque on Wednesday and commended the service of Biruver Kudla across religions.

Biruver Kudla founder president Udaya Poojary said that their Biruver Kudla is free from politics. “We have identified poor beneficiaries and provided monetary help to families of various party activists, minorities, backward class, Bunts, Billavas and others. The activists of our unit and donors have cooperated with us. We have donated about one and a half crore rupees for school fees, medical treatment and other instruments for specially-abled.

“We are extending monetary help to poor Muslim family now as per their request,” he said.

Temple trustee B G Suvarna, Likhit Kotian, Rinitraj Ashoknagar, Lohith Gatty, Yashwin Ballalbagh, Ozie Padavinangady, Kiran, Vignesh Chilimbi, Rakesh Chilimbi, Sagar Ashoknagar, Harsha Poojary Dubai, Roshan Poojary, Chetanraj and others were present.
