Bhooshan from Mangaluru enters final round of Google Doodle competition

Mangaluru, Nov 5: Bhooshan, a student of St Aloysius High School entered the final round of the annual Doodle for Google (D4G) 2019 competition. He is the only student from Karnataka among other 19 finalists from all over India.

Bhooshan made his final entry in the category of 9-10 class.

over 1.1 lac children from across the country participated in the contest. Out of those, 55 percent of students from non-metro cities, including Visakhapatnam, Bhopal, Kota, Ambala, Siliguri, Kottayam, Bareilly and Bhubaneswar.

By online voting, Google will pick the final winner. Voting has already begun and will close at 10.00 pm on November 6. Finally, based on votes the shortlisted entries will be considered by the national jury who will pick the winners.

The winners will receive scholarships and attractive prizes from Google.
