Udupi: Man arrested - Ganja, cash, phone confiscated

Udupi, Nov 4: Manipal police have arrested a person identified as Pavan, a native of Bihar, from near the railway station at Indrali here. Pavan was apprehended when he was selling ganja in his motor bike.

The police personnel of Manipal station, who got reliable information, raided the spot and took Pavan into custody at around 4 pm on Sunday November 3. Rs 3,000 in cash, 750 grams ganja valued at Rs 20,000, and an iPhone were recovered from, his possession.

The operation was conducted under the leadership of Manipal police inspector Manjunath. A case stands registered in Manipal police station.
