Mangaluru: Results of National level Konkani Literary Contest 2019 announced

Mangaluru, Nov 3: Poinnari-Veez conducted Late Wilfy Rebimbus memorial National level dual script Konkani Literary Contest 2019. The contest proved victorious for some of the participants who are listed as below.

Short Story:
First Prize: Sakshath (Melvin J Vas Kelarai, Mangaluru)
Second Prize: Mandd (Ramesh Ghadi, Goa)
Third Place: Vakhor (Urjitha Bhobe)

Encouragement:

2. Sanddinatlim Zallam (Cyril William Vas Loretto, Mangaluru)

Poetry:
First Prize: Paus Konnacho (Urjitha Bhobe, Goa)
Second Prize: Cancelled (Poetry Published)
Third Prize: Sondigd (Melvin J Vas Kelarai, Mangaluru)

Encouragement:
1. MonoKallo (Sunetra Jog, Goa)
2. Brahmannotv (ShantanuAiya, Goa)

The evaluators for the contest were: Preliminary evaluator - Fr Jason Pinto Udyavar. Main Evaluators - Dr Samuel Sequeira, Saratchandra Shenoy, Vincy Quadros, Goa, Valley Quadros, Mumbai.

Prizes and certificates will be given to the winners on November 24, 2019, at ‘EkSangeetSanz’, program which will be held at St Agnes College, Bendur Mangaluru at 6 pm.
