Mumbai, Oct 30: Vinod Kotian (78), member of Thonse Brahma Baidarkala Pancha Dhoomavati Garodi Seva Trust here, and famous saxophone player passed away at his residence at Kurla west on Monday morning after a brief illness.

He hailed from Kalyanpur, Udupi and had become popular in playing the saxophone in Mumbai.

He has left behind his wife, three sons, friends and relatives.
